Really the same as above review... just plain lazy!

The receptionists are always rude and have been for years. Once you get past their nasty tone and condescending words the surgery isn’t too horrific. The nurses have always been a delight but the doctors don’t seem to care at all. Obviously most of their communication skills need work and the surgery should’ve been closed down a while ago for lack of care of their patients.

Once you get past a miserable receptionist ( who I have not met before, so must be fairly new) Takes a lot for a young male to go to see a doctor about certain things. And now I know why, I felt humiliated and embarrassed when I saw the doctor, he was rude and unsympathetic to me. I sadly will think twice about going back to the doctors after my experience. Please can you be kinder to the young, we do get embarrassed and I really worry that you put people off going to the doctors. You have certainly put me off!
