Had a couple of issues with admin problems; practice manager listened, understood and commented helpfully and sensibly. Receptionists are keen to accommodate needs as far as they can and are very pleasant - no passive aggressive nonsense one sometimes gets with GP surgeries. All the doctors and practice nurses are knowledgeable and listen and explain things clearly. Could not be more pleased with this practice and grateful to them all for their care. | |||||||
