This is an excellent surgery. I have been a long standing patient and like previous reviews this surgery has changed with some doctors leaving but other superb doctors being employed. I have always found the doctors to be incredibly considerate, and extremely understanding and always ready to help solve the problem. Appointments are generally available daily, which is a wonderful asset in this day and their online facility is brilliant. I have never had a problem with appointments and the dispensary on site is also an added advantage, if you meet the criteria for having prescriptions dispensed from the surgery. My only comment is one particular member of the reception team speaks to you with a rude curt, brusque tone which I personally feel is unnecessary especially when one is being polite and courteous and only asking a question. Shame and completely unnecessary when the other receptionists are superb and a credit to this surgery. | |||||||

I have been a patient here for the past 12 years, and as a self confessed cynical,cantankerous old so and so ,have never found the practice failing in any way, even the much (by the media) maligned receptionists go out of their way to help. | |||||||
