Its more than 3 weeks since Ive been requesting an appointment for a driving license renewal. I understand there are more urgent queries but there have to be some slots in a week for others

The administration at this practice is appalling - They tell you to direct all your enquires via their website but often it’s not available and if you try to telephone your held in a long queue and if you make it to “Call Number One” often get cut off but if you have the patience of a saint and you get through to an abrupt receptionist expect to be told to call back later as they are awaiting a new appointments list. I’ve decided to vote with my feet and change my surgery . Which will no doubt please them - if you thinking of joining them I suggest you try giving them a call then your know what I’ve said is true!!
