If I could leave a zero star I would. This must be the worst surgery in London. I have had years of bad experience with them. I would need to write an essay in order to list my complaints, however I will list my most recent. I recently had a total hip replacement which unfortunately had complications. after coming home from hospital I was told I needed my dressing changed after a week. Thursday 29th March I called the reception and explained my situation. I was told someone would call me back with a date and time. I explained I needed the dressing changed on Friday 1st March as per the hospital instructions. Nobody called me that day nor the next nor Monday 4th March. I had to ask my daughter to drive one hour on Sunday to change the dressing. She is not a nurse so would not know if my wound is healing correctly. I live 5 minutes walk from the surgery and still nobody could be bothered to contact me. This surgery is a joke and they should be held accountable for how they treat their patients. |

My daughter has been ill for over a month, she called for an appointment but was only able to talk to them over the phone. They said she had to wait for a couple of weeks to see.if she improved before they would look at a treatment path. She has just called back a week and a half later and is still feeling ill (same symptoms). She has been told again by a different doctor that she has to wait a further 2 weeks before they will see her. The level of care has been below what I would expect. She is now very upset at the lack of any in person check. |

I've been a patient for years, I left the country for four years returned in 2021 and have found the practice has improved, in my opinion. The understanding, care and support I've had for various issues since returning to London and the practice has been a relief. Some of the new receptionists are also very helpful and efficient, again in my experience. |
