Interesting mixture of patients' experience. It would be interesting to do a serious study of what determines these varying levels of satisfaction. Over several years of being registered with this practice, my own experience of its administrative, managerial and clinical services has been extremely poor, often causing me distress to the point where - to preserve my mental health - I now avoid contacting the practice even if I am in excruciating pain. As an older patient approaching 70 year of age, this state of affairs does nothing to address my current conditions, nor does it reassure me that good quality care will be available to me as I grow old. Sad.
