The waiting time in this GP is absolutely tragic. I waited an hour and 10 mins to be seen. My appointment time was at 11:45am and I had to wait that long. I find it extremely unacceptable. A patient was in the room for the time I was waiting when ideally the appointment is only 15 minutes long as posters explain hanged up on the wall at the GP. Extremely disappointed.

Dear Patient, We are very sorry that you had a long wait in the practice today. Whilst we do our best to run on time, the nature of the medical problems we deal with can sometimes be unpredictable. There are infrequent occasions where a patient attends with a very serious, acute medical problem or in crisis. Our doctors need to balance their wish to run on time and any inconvenience to other patients who are waiting, with the medical emergency they are dealing with. We hope you will understand that if you were the patient in crisis, our doctors would ensure we dealt with your problem fully, rather than ask you to leave at the end of your allotted time. We always prioritise patient safety above all else. Able provide same day appointments with extremely competent staff. Administrative staff were very accommodating. Definitely recommend
