I've had a persisting problem for months and haven't been able to see anyone in person even though Covid is no longer prohibiting in person appointments. They have done nothing to ease my concern (they haven't run tests or even asked me any questions) and I'm convinced they have misdiagnosed me, they have even prescribed me the same medication three times even though I have told them it doesn't work. The online system seemingly expects the patient to just diagnose themselves and then ask the practice for the medication they think they need.

Service is absolutely terrible from start to finish. Trying to get an appt has been impossible, trying to speak to someone instead of using the online system is a joke, and I have had multiple blood tests which are borderline serious problems that they have ignored. For example, I asked multiple times for celiac testing as I was having a severe reaction to gluten and was told it was acne… I’m really not sure what these GPs do, but it certainly isn’t care about patients
