Sandmere is my local GP. The staff at the reception is very polite always picking up phone immediately and nearly always able to book same-day appointment for you which is really fantastic. Sometimes they are fully booked and can offer next day appointments only but in case of an emergency they will do their best to squeeze patients in so they can meet a doctor immediately. Doctors are very helpful, caring, and attentive too. The practice itself is spacious, modern and clean. Overall, I've had a really good experience so far and I'm happy to be Sandmere's patient.

I’ve been a patient for over 40 years with this practice first with the late Dr Gupta in Bedford Road and then Dr H Harrar and Dr A Harrar I’ve also seen Dr veresamay ( I do hope that I’ve spelt his name correctly if not please forgive me ) I’m disabled with severe mobility problems am always treated with respect Vera has been with the practice for the start Naveen and Winnie on reception are always happy to help me the practice manager Puneet is just as great I have a chest infection and the antibiotics that Dr Che prescribed haven’t worked so I’m going to try get my carer to get to me Earlier so that I can get my taxi to the surgery and hopefully see my fav docs A Harrar or Veeresamy and Hope they can sort this chest problem out for me . All you moaning should stop and think the reception staff are extremely busy and are rushed off their feet dealing with patients and I have witnessed the disgusting abuse they have received from some patients try having some patience and understanding of you can’t get through by phone then email or go to the surgery you may have to wait a while but you’ll be seen by a doctor during this pandemic everybody at the practice are working flat out so give them a break
