Every single experience I have with this practice is awful. It ends up with me avoiding seeing a doctor because I can't be bothered with the inevitable hassle. Can't get an appointment except for calling up at 8am on the day. Try to go private to avoid the wait and clogging up the waiting lists and they charge you £50 to fill in a form, then lose the form. My pregnant wife had a condition that meant she was at serious risk of losing her baby and was told she wouldn't be seen by anyone who can do anything about it for 3 months. Then the doctors can't wait to get you out the door if you're lucky enough to actually get an appointment. | |||||||

I needed to see a doctor as I was not feeling well and called the reception in the morning, They were very polite and effective and booked me to see the doctor on the same day. The doctor listened to my concerns and advised as to what I should be doing next. Very happy with the overall service and GP care at this surgery.
