I booked into the practice to get an appointment which was immediate and I was able to see the doctor the next day. I was listened to fully and time was taken to check my symptoms. The doctor has a very good manner and is very caring towards my wellbeing. He was able to involve me in decisions made and get me to see a specialist very quickly. I cannot recommend Hetherington enough to people, it's a very good NHS practice. | |||||||

I have been registered with the practice for several years and have always found the service to be very good. It is easy to get an appointment, and the reception staff are very friendly. I have seen both GPs and practice nurses before, and both have been excellent. The staff are informative, tell you all the necessary information and make shared decisions with you. | |||||||
