Following my mother having a number of strokes over the last 2 years, I have been really impressed and grateful for the support and assistance provided by this busy GP Practice. The staff, clearly face significant pressures, as in many inner city practices, but I find them really professional and always willing to provide important assistance, when I need to call upon them. This regrettably feels quite often! They will look to resolve issues for me and with me and have become a central and essential organisation, allowing me to care for my 82 year old mother at home. I run my own business and can see how busy this practice is, but they will always make time to assist us. The staff are dedicated and clearly work well together. I watch how the reception team liaise with each and support each other, escalating an issue to a manager or the GP, if ever appropriate and required. They have helped us, as a family out on a number of occasions and assist us access top class health services. Without them, life would be so much more difficult and I write this review to let them know it is really appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience with a Practice Pharmacist at the surgery. I had recently been put on a course of Vitamin D tablets, however the instructions were not clear. I was concerned as I had a low levels of Vitamin D and being a person who suffers with acute anxiety I was stressing about not knowing how to take the tablets. The Practice Pharmacist was extremely helpful in explaining when I should take the tablets and reassured me that if I had any further questions then he would be more than happy to help. He was thorough in his explanation and his calming presence made me feel at ease.
