The staff and doctor it's bad. The care was very bad, on 03/07/21) I had an appointment with the doctor, who called me in a hurry who did not give me time to explain my problem and I needed medicine to which I was denied, and he hung up the call, the 3/8/21 I went to the medical center for a new appointment and he did not want to give me either. I called again to ask for the medicine since I need it for the pain since I have a broken leg due to the accident and I have to take the pain medication every day and again they have denied me. and I have been forced to report it with my lawyer.

I needed an emergency appointment. I called for 3 days in a row and all they say is “call tomorrow at 9”. I could not get an appointment so I asked to speak to a doctor. The lady on the phone raises her voice and tells me there’s nothing she can do and to call between 12:30-1:30. I call at 1pm and she tells me the doctor has left the building. I ask when will he approx be back? She says bluntly “I don’t know call back later I in 2 hours”. The receptionists are RUDE, BLUNT AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! They have so much attitude and no very friendly over the phone!

Where to start? No idea... So many wrong things with this surgery. Impossible to get an appointment, extremely rude receptionist and Doctor? I do not think he knows what is doing.Clesrly he is not reading notes and give wrong medication. Struggling to get blood test as he recon I don't need it. Impossible to see him especially if emergency..... I was advised to go to A&E several times. This surgery should be shut down. Before legal action will be taken against NHS
