3.30pm and their DriQ doesn't allow consultation, checking my records, ordering meds. Really? And they want a payrise | |||||||

I have used salbutamol for 50 years. Someone has deleted it from Dr iQ so I can't reorder. Request rejected unless I see a GP. Outstanding in inefficiency which this practice has demonstrated precovid. Why does CQC not intervene? | |||||||

My hospital consultant prescribed a nasal steroid to be used until the hospital appointment. There us a letter from the consultant on my DriQ stating the med to be used. My DriQ request was denied as I do not have a prescription. The hospital gave a prescription which I took to a chemist nearby. Patients dont keep prescription sheets. Don't they understand? It seems the receptionist who aren't medically trained have too much power, cheaper than medics yes. It was suggested I book an appointment to discuss with one of their medics, yet the link says no appointments. Worse post covid but poor before. | |||||||
