i Have been a patient at the Whitehouse Surgery for the past 37 years and have had to visit
All the doctors practising there , but for the past few years , I’ve been lucky enough to be
Allocated a fairly new doctor ( am not allowed to mention names or gender ) who has been practising at the Whitehouse for past 3 ( I think ) years ,
This doctor has followed up every time on illnesses I have had to visit about & recently sent me for blood tests which showed one particular problem I’ve had ( and tried to explain to various doctors who quite honestly took no notice of & certainly never followed through )
A problem was identified immediately &appropriate medication prescribed which has made a
Difference to my ability and the pain I’ve been in for so many years .
It’s made me so angry that not one of the doctors over the years bothered with this very simple test , which would have made such a difference to me & my life had the right medication been given years ago .How lucky we are to have this lovely doctor now who is a real credit to the surgery &has restored my faith in the practise , a big “ Thank You “ | |||||||
