My family and I have been with this Surgery( Orpington branch) for about 13 years. I am unable to fault this Surgery in any way. The reception and secretarial staff have been polite and efficient whether it is over the phone or in person. The doctors in the Surgery have always patiently listened to us . There has been no problem with referral letters or prescriptions and I could really say that they have gone that extra mile to help us with our medical problems. I must add that when we moved into the area this Surgery was recommended to us by a friend who I am so grateful for as it has truly lived up to the mark. | |||||||

All the procedure was quick and professional.I could not be more happy with the care in receive ,always there to help . I realy trust my DOCTOR , never let me down . I have been consistently very impressed by this surgery since joining in 2017. They have good availability of appointments, including early morning and evenings, and it is possible to be seen relatively quickly. The staff are excellent. The receptionists are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctors and nurses are very professional and supportive. I would highly recommend this practice. | |||||||
