I made a bad review a couple of months ago, but I've come back to add more because I cannot get over how awful this surgery is. I was supposed to have a telephone appt yesterday evening at 6pm, waited and waited and nothing until 6:35 but at this point was busy with my evening, I then get a call at 19:51pm - I'm with a client so can't take a call, they leave a voice mall and say ring them back off, but they call off a no caller ID!? I sent an email to the surgery explaining what happened and to rearrange my appointment; they could do today at 15:20 - yet again no call - nearly an hour later and still waiting. Utterly ridiculous! I have been trying and trying for months to get an appt and to be treated like this is appalling

Please can I get a referral for procedure I have been told I need after specialist review. You’ll need to see the Gp But the GP referred me to the specialist can’t I just send his letter to the Gp No you need to see the gp Ok can I book an appointment pls No we can’t book appointments, you have to phone at 8am every morning Fuck it I’ll die instead.
