A family of 3 here and everytime we/either of us visits, it's been a good experience. 1 doctor in particular is our favourite, always gives a listening ear and a willingness to help. I'd like to as though that if that doctor ever leaves the surgery, I will most probably be moving to another surgery myself.

We are family of 4 and we always receive fantastic service. One particular doctor is our favourite but all doctors were always very helpful. For the 1st time I feel like we have a family doctor who knows us and we know them. Receptionists are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The only thing I would like to see to be improved is answer machine system and repeat prescription request process. I can request mine via online account but as a mother of two I should be able to do it for my kids too. At the moment I have to drive/ walk all the way to the surgery to give request on a piece of paper. I found a way to do it via Pharmacy but still it took me 3 years to find this way (not tried it yet so not sure if will work) nevertheless we live in 2018 and there are ways to make this quicker, simpler and more efficient. Another positive thing about the surgery is that is well located and had plenty parking spaces. Well cleaned all facilities and good to see kids corner with books again. Thanks

I have received very good service from the surgery. One case in particular stands out. I was seen by a Dr. On an emergency appointment with swollen legs and ankles which I have never experienced before. My legs were examined and then my heart which revealed a murmur..following a referral for an echo cardio gram which diagnosed an aortic valve problem I was referred to a cardiologist.. so thank you as I am still undergoing tests until I have surgery..
