Exceptional service from staff and GP’s alike. I am nearly 92 years old and have been with this surgery for 10 years now. Nothing is ever too much trouble, my GP Dr Berman is amazing and the staff are so accommodating and lovely, extremely happy with the service I have had over the past 10 years

Some of the better doctors left. My experience with current Cornerway GPs is that some rush you through at top speed. I don't have confidence in their diagnoses anymore for reasons I can't really give details of. One of the GP's is clearly in demand, as the waiting time for this dr is considerably longer than some of the others. The reception are professional, although i think the point they lack friendliness is fair. Having said that, the only thing I want from a practice is good GPs and that, in my experience, has got worse at Cornerways.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on our service. I am sorry that you felt rushed during your consultation. Our doctors will always endeavour to give the necessary time required to diagnose /treat or refer a patient appropriately. Please do keep in mind that the doctor is allotted 10 minutes per appointment and that serious or urgent problems may necessitate longer consultations. Your GP will be able to answer any questions you may have about your diagnosis, but this may need to be at a follow up appointment. I would like to confirm that the last change of doctors at the practice was approximately 6 years ago and that the clinical team remains unchanged since then. In all the years living in the Beckenham area our family has never had any issues with the Doctors or the staff at the CORNERWAY SURGERY
