It is very difficult to make an appointment and I have never made any appointment successfully here. Today, I tried to call them from 9am and waited for half an hour on the phone. Then I told them to make an appointment soon, but, shockingly, they told me I was removed from the GP list. I asked them why and they give no reasonable reasons. I didn’t register anywhere else and didn’t see any other medical services after my registration here. The service of the receptionist is very very rude and bad. It’s absolutely terrible! They ask me to re-register again, but is this a joke? What if I re-register and they remove me again with no reasons? It takes ages to register and finally got a GP.

The resptionist is very rude to all the people what have walk in to the surgery includeing my self and has also been very rude answering the phone they have also stopped people half in what they are saying just to talk or answer the phone it's very patronising and the doctor much rather issues antibiotics instead of looking or trying to find the reason of your visit
