I've been with this practice over 20years. It used to be a lovely family style practice, but it's changed in recent years since Dr Jan-Mohammed left. With the implementation of new Evergreen app, which I cant use on my phone, its become near impossible to get an appointment. The gatekeepers here are a nightmare. I think it's a structural/management issue, rather than personnel, but they need to sort it quickly. I know 4 people including myself, who are thinking of jumping ship and moving to the Practice at the Greenwich Centre. | |||||||

Yet again these receptionists being rude put the phone down on me 4 times I'm trying to get a prescription for my heart failure tablets she has a problem now 2morrow morning | |||||||

When I contact the Doctors I ask specifically for the same person who thank goodness is always there. She is superb. Nothing is an issue, she knows exactly what she is doing. When she says she’s she will call me she calls me, sorts my prescriptions and nothing is a problem. Just like the good old days! The practice needs to keep hold of staff like her 100%. | |||||||
