My experience with Ferry view has been brilliant. Only in the last few years had some problems with a couple of receptionists! But on the whole excellent Doctors. Most receptionist are very helpful. I get a bit tongue tied and cant always explain my problems. But there are a few great receptionists. Do remember they do get abuse from other patients on the phone and it is a stressful job. I have been with Ferryview 40 years plus. Keep up the good work ?? | |||||||

I went to the walk-in service this morning at the suggestion of A and E yesterday. I have suffered with many symptoms for many years, and the doctor I saw this morning was so professional, he was thorough in his investigations and was very good with referring me on appropriate services. I feel relieved that after many years of neglect at the hands of the NHS, I finally feel I might get somewhere with my health. Thank you, Doctor, and thank you Ferryview. | |||||||

They never have room for appointments. Not even for children who are really in an emergency ...At least once in five years I haven't received an appointment.So I don't recommend .0000000 for revizie. | |||||||
