I find it incredible that they haven’t got some sort of waiting line in place instead of the phone being constantly engaged ? It’s very frustrating trying to get through and having to ring back every 2 minutes. Seems outdated and unprofessional.

My experience is not great,have been a patient for a lot of years,try to avoid as much as possible being ill,when i do call i am told that they are fully booked today,but can't make an appointment for tomorrow,have to call again tomorrow,but they are fully booked for 4 weeks.so how do you get an appointment,don't think you can.all this at 8.00 am whats the point of belonging to this surgery.when they can't provide a service?all they can do is recommend i visit urgent care at my local hospital.

By far the worst doctors survey Iv ever registered at, it is impossible to get an appointment and when you do it’s with a practitioner not a doctor. The level of care is shocking can never get get through on the phone and when you do, there’s no appointments on the day and to ring up the next day. No phone call offered later that day and no waiting list for any cancellations. I am definitely leaving this survey.
