I had 2 appointments booked back to back. 1st was a cervical smear during which several times staff disturbed the appointment, 1 person just barged in, no knocking, 2nd person at least knocked but they wanted rubber gloves, apparently this was the only room with available rubber gloves in the entire surgery. I had to ask for the door to be locked to make sure no one else just barges in. However the male GP whom I had an appointment after the smear started to attempt to enter the room, despite it being locked! This was well before the scheduled appointment with him and this surgery never runs appointments on time, but for some reason today he was ready and very eager to see me whilst I am in the middle of a very sensitive and private exam. This made me feel disturbed, uncomfortable and very vulnerable. I got dressed right after this incident as I do not feel safe, physically or physiologically in this surgery as my privacy and vulnerable state, clearly do not matter, particularly to this male doctor. | |||||||

All time when we need help in regards to any health condition via phone or in person never been reception staff or other never been over cleaver or consider them self medical specialist eg; Dr, nurses…. With respect and politely whole staff deal to me and not nosy at all in personal reasons to see dr request they receive. In regards to Doctors we do not have words to describe our feelings towards them and the way they focus a d very professionally check and diagnose. Even though in pandemic we were not able to go in emergency hospital Senior Dr Raphael over the phone diagnosis the problem and prescribed the medication that did work and saved me for sufferings more till my hospital appointment. Doctors are outstanding senior junior Dr Raphael & Dr Wahaba brilliant & my wife told me the nurse my children are seeing is really good & very professional in regards to deal children. Gp always clean tidy from entrance to washrooms or toilets. Waiting area seating never seen the way been made available as accordance to hight and Body size plenty of choice for vulnerable people. | |||||||

I have been a patient for only two years and ALL the doctors have given me time I have no complaints about the doctors and most of the receptionists. One doctor has the patience of a saint and I would recommend any one to register with the surgeries Nightingale surgery is five star wrottessley road surgery is 4 star | |||||||
