I have been registered for four years and have had very good service. When I have had a health issue, I have been listened to and investigated, treated appropriately. I have made various requests which have been responded to and actioned. I recently had a health issue that could have been serious and was able to speak with someone on the phone the same day. I was referred to a specialist on a fast track pathway and seen the same week. Today I went for a different problem and again I was examined and referred to the right team. I have also found the HCAs very good. They are very pro-active in supporting you to improve your health and can organise for you to access other services. I have also found the receptionists friendly and helpful. I think there are some young, bright and enthusiastic GPs as well as some who have been working in general practice for a long time with a wealth of experience. I have been very satisfied thus far.

My name is Isi. I am extremely pleased with the service I get each time am at the surgery . The receptionist is amazingly briliant she has been able to give me appointments early. My doctor is like a father to me and I get quality treatment from this surgery. I am super pleased and the surgery is so clean and condusive. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I get warm reception when I walk in. I am happy that this calibre of people are treating me and taking care of other people. I would not also leave the nurse out . she is super cool and makes me feel relax whenever I have an appointment with her. Thank you so much for all the support I get from every one at the surgery .
