Where to start - find a different GP.
They never have appointments and ignore the phone in front of patients.
If you book online you have to wait 2 weeks then they text you on the day and say they’ve rearranged it when you’ve already taken the time off work.
The reception staff are the rudest people I’ve ever came across you feel like you are imposing on them. They make comments which are unprofessional.
You are never waiting less than an hour and 10 mins after your appointment time. Every single person in the waiting room is baffled by this. 9am appointment? You won’t be seen until at least 10 past 10. Then when you do get in it’s rushed and they want you in and out.
You think you’re getting a Dr but they change it and you see a nurse who can’t presc anything so has to constantly ring the doctor to ask questions.
Has gotten worse as time has gone by no improvement at all. | |||||||
