There are the usual problems of being unable to get appointments etc but my complaint is being continually under prescribed for my medication at my cost. I wrote notes with my repeat prescription that I needed more than 2 months at a time and this wasn’t listened to until I made a formal complaint showing the government guidelines for this particular medication. I then got asked by the pharmacist to ‘pay just one last time’ for medication I have already paid for 6 times over. When I refused and asked for my complaint to be escalated they no longer respond to my emails as they know they have me over a barrel with the fact I’ll need a prescription. I have reported the surgery to the Parliamentary Obudsman and NHS England and will continue to email the surgery and have my emails ignored as this highlights their lack of regard and respect for their patients. |

I was offered a face to face appointment, they start again on 1st July, I was very thankful, the lady who had a slight Scottish accent, I believe, was very helpful, and looked up when my husband’s b.12 injection was due and made an appointment for the next day. My experience with the practice is very good, only lived in Sidcup for 6 months. |
