My doctor surgery is very helpful receptionist are great never a bad word always smile, doctors are helpful and have always been able to sort my medication even if it’s been messed up by hospital, all in all one of the better surgery in Sheerness :-)

I have no problem with this doctors surgery I am always made welcome the receptionist are always very welcoming polite and helpful. The nurses are efficient, welcoming and always answer all questions put to them effectively and in a professional way. As a patient here for 30yrs plus I have no complaints about my treatment over this time I feel I have been treated with dignity and respect at all times. Any treatment plan is discussed with me during my appointments. Appointments are usually available when I require one this has changed slightly with the large amount of new housing being built on the island which will generate a high amount of people requiring appointments needing places at these surgeries. This is also noticeable with schools, nursery places, dentists, opticians, doctors and hospital appointments due to relocation. We are a small island community and keeping up with places being available will require more of the above services either by expanding surgeries in place already or new doctors surgeries starting up. I feel happy to recommend this surgery the doctors and staff to people.
