I called last week and today because of my 4 years old girl,i waited for 50 minutes was told that i cannot book an appointment today that i should call back tomorrow.its frustrating | |||||||

Waited 2 hours 10 mins to get through being number 30 in cue only to get announcement that transfer to appointments failed. I cannot through this every day. Phoned again. Now had to start at 16 in the cue.... now 2 & 20 mins... My chances of getting through, let alone getting an appointment are slim to none. | |||||||

i have copd and they ask me in for an asthma review. after 40 mins after 11am as per the email i phoned sorry no appointment's. going around in circles. the respiratory team say yo know to get the gp to talk to us . i had my copd review in may! they have not spoken to the team! total waste of time. hey ho | |||||||
