Just tried to book an appointment for my son who is 8 years old. Went to the surgery at 8 because they can only book appointments for the day if you go (forget trying to call). If not you wait 4 weeks or so. Anyway, the best they could do was a phone appointment. Not sure how that's going to help an 8 year old and why in the world the doctor can't see him. if he/she has time to call, surely they have time to physically check him no?? This surgery is and always has been a nightmare. I wonder if doctors actually work there full time??

Rang surgery for appointment and had a phone consolation from doctor that afternoon had medication for few days and told to call back phoned on 3/8/22 and was given appointment next day staff very polite and friendly and the doctor was very thorough and extremely helpful it was my first time at surgery and would highly recommend hope the doctor is permanent felt very at ease I heard bad reports about the surgery but I had no problems thanks

I rang surgery at 8am by 8 20 told Dr would ring at 9.40 dr rang excelent service from receptionist to speaking to Dr I know how busy you are just like to say thank you Mrs Pamela rayment
