I phoned at 07.59hrs and was told that they do not open until 08.00hrs. At 08.00hrs the line is permanently engaged. At 08.07hrs My call was answered, with a load of time-wasting trivia, and I was advised that my call was number 23 in the queue. Either they do not employ sufficient competent staff, or they are not telling the truth. | |||||||

Poor excuse for a Dr's surgery. You phone at 8 only to be on hold for over an hour to be told there are no appointments avaliable for my 3 year old, when everything is book on the day! Phone 111 and they manage to get me a phone consultation with the GP at the practice! Was a brilliant surgery before merging! | |||||||
