WHY IS THIS SURGERY STILL OPEN, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INTEREST OF PATIENTS, RUDE RECEPTIONISTS AND NONE CARE. GET THEM INVESTIGATED AND CLOSED!!

I agree that the Receptionist at this surgery are terrible and lacks emphaty. They are not doctors and the way they behave with taking your information is beyond belief. Don't mention the silly appointment system of ringing at 8am. The lottery for appointments must stop. No facility to book in advance unless its for 2 weeks and if those are gone you will have to wait until they do the following month rota. This surgery is not fit for purpose!
