I'm a new patient and have needed to see the doctor twice now so with them not taking any appointments by phone I filled out the e-consult online, I received email to tell me doctor will be in touch by a time and date. And both times I have been ignored no doctor no call nothing . With my 1st problem I end up going A%E to get sorted. Now I had to fill forms in with different doctors after only be with these for 4 weeks | |||||||
