The reception staff at this surgery are unbelievably rude, it’s almost like it’s a crime to call the surgery and book an appointment. I certainly will be transferring from this GP. I wouldn’t waste your time registering, you will be disappointed. The nurses and doctors are very professional however until they change their reception staff, they will continue to get bad reviews as their unprofessionalism is certainly a cause for concern. Especially a lady called Tracey…. Terrible!

One of the worst customer service examples you would ever witness in any field. This place needs a quick change in the horrible horrible reception staff. Drs don’t know what miserable receptionists they are having here. Believe me it’s soooo bad they should be thrown out immediately. NHS take immediate action or check anonymously if you have any doubts.

I was going to register at this surgery. But I've hard so meny bad things and being. Rude to patients and I was told the receptionist,s are not plight I will find another doctors surgery this one has a bad reputation and I'm quite shocked to think this was once a lovely surgery now look at it since the new reception came along it's. gone down hill something has to be done it's disgusting the way talk about people how can you keep them on please have. Words
