Horrific surgery, especially since Dr Pasola left! Reception staff and office management are extremely rude, aggressive and lack empathy no matter the severity of the circumstances or problems they have created! Prescriptions are ignored, lost and extremely delayed, no matter how vital and urgent! Doctors lack interest, knowledge and any personal care for the person suffering! If I could go anywhere else I would without a second's hesitation because this surgery is dangerous due to its lack of care and concern for patient welfare! It is run atrociously without apology nor effort to rectify their ongoing and devastating mistakes! Until the government steps up and holds such places accountable for their appalling actions and neglect I fear this will only get worse and at the cost of us all!

Well what can I say about this surgery. Firstly they say call at 08.00 for appointments hang on firstly I started calling at 7.58 toget an auto message the surgery opens at 8am which I knew I was testing I called again at 7.59 to hear a engaged tone so firstly they say the phones open at 8.00 when You call at 7.59 it’s engaged how the hell can anybody get into a queuing system if the lines CONSTANTLY engaged at 7.59 VERY STRANGE you eventually get through at 8.25 to be told all appointments have gone !!!!!! Do me a favour when you walk into the doc at any time during the day how is it you only see 3/4 people sitting the seats although all the appointments have been taken so my medical issues are still with me 5 weeks on it’s a joke this surgery, in all respect nHS are stretched I fully understand that but being polite to patients on the phone wouldn’t go a miss the reception staff are so rude and they have an attitude problem so compassionate understanding from the reception staff. Some of the staff in reception need better cust service skills. Dr Hissett and Dr Spuntz are great but they are always busy people and get nobody can get an appointment to see them.
