I've never been so humiliated ever ?? ?? just coz I was trying to register myself and my son with a GP for the first time ever after I moved in here she has treated me like stupid Illiterate with I'd call it racist with all my documents in her hand even my son's birth certificate my UK residence permit UK ID card my status proof am still not eligible to be registered there. So the humiliation and not having my medications even my blackouts medications I've cried from within and I'm still crying to this minute ??

After a message to contact the surgery I made a total of 50 calls,got to the recorded message twice after being on hold ,cut off both times after 15minutes. Terrible service.
