What has happened to this surgery? Years ago it was good, when I needed it. I now need it more than ever, being a diabetic.
You cannot get through on the telephone, it simply cuts you off after 20 minutes
Staff are unhelpful and simply don't care
Management non-existent
Wife has had bad advice from doctors too
Utterly ridiculous.

My family have attended St Werburgh for a number of years. During the past we have been very happy at the surgery which always seemed well managed although busy. Generally clinicians were very good as was the management of the practice that included flu sessions, patient reviews and health checks etc. I can’t say that about this practice now which seems to have spiralled out of control - no management and no sense of direction these past months. What happened? Still we’re off to the Elms or St Mary’s . What a shame | |||||||

Been with this practice for over 14 years, at first it was great, always getting an appointment always seeing the Doctor we feel comfortable with.
Until now, past two years, can't make an appointment, can't get through on the phone and can never see the Doctor of our choice, an appointment takes over 4 weeks to get, exudes, excuses adding reception staff have their favourites. | |||||||
