Very disappointed as a possible new patient to this surgery. I have to agree with previous reviews and I'm not one to make complaints but what I experienced recently was appalling. I actually visited the surgery to collect some paperwork. The receptionist was very polite, helpful and kind, infact her manner was exemplary considering what was going on directly behind her whilst she was trying to deal with patients and answer the telephone. Two members of staff, one of which was wearing a nurse uniform and the other individual - who I have since discovered from a fellow patient was the 'Patient service manager' were discussing very loudly confidential information and arguing! Other patients heard what was being discussed and we all agreed that the two members of staff as mentioned above should be reported. I will not disclose what/who were being discussed extremely loudly or what the argument was about but due to that experience I am not registering there. I'm so pleased other patients were just as mortified as I was hearing the arguing and confidential information being discussed by the two members of staff. The nurse and the Patient Service Manager are completely ill trained for their posts, therefore cannot perform duties. I will be speaking to the CQC, Trading Standards and Media if I have to.

Horrific surgery, especially since all the intelligent admin/call handlers left! Reception staff (one in particular who behaves and speaks like an uneducated wannabe nurse) and office management are extremely rude and lack empathy no matter the severity of the circumstances or problems they have created! Prescriptions are ignored, lost and extremely delayed, no matter how vital and urgent! Doctors lack interest, knowledge and any personal care for the person suffering! If I could go anywhere else I would without a second's hesitation because this surgery is dangerous due to its lack of care and concern for patient welfare! It is run atrociously without apology nor effort to rectify their ongoing and devastating mistakes! Until the government steps up and holds such places accountable for their appalling actions and neglect I fear this will only get worse and At the cost of us all.

I needed an urgent GP appointment at the request of my Cardiac nurses....they told my husband they're not doing face-to-face appointments and couldn't help me...we ended up going to A&E at medway....they were brilliant. The Wednesday after Christmas couldn't get appointment and ended up going Faversham Walk in clinic.....there were 9 Doctors seeing their patients, along with Urgent care practitioners....I was seen within 2 hours. I have Heart Failure along with other health issues. Dr Hardy brought me into the world, when the surgery was at Park Road. I feel very let down by my surgery and to be honest I dont think they're even bothered
