Been there 18 Years, recently had to ask at least 5x to get my medical files updated, still some missing, so any GP incl. my own one knows what illnesses they got to deal with but files all over the place now and looks like they have no clue because of that. I am in 24h in pains and the new GP stopped longtime painkillers, not even reducing or replacing with any other treatment, just left to cope. I got accused because they not updated my files all these years.
They ONLY talk at you and only interested in finding the problem not preventing and no aftercare at all. Not following up your welfare at all.Getting appointment mainly phoning in for the same day otherwise waiting 1-1.5 months. Seen one of their partners GP, we asked ARE WE FINISH and 3x said goodbye but no reply at all - very rude. They have none understanding for mental ill patient at all. Pressurised from beginning about timing when they see you (none stop checking their clock), turning their back at you at just type on their pc when I need to see their face for communication.Reception they think they above the patients it has approved a bit.Disabled unfriendly. They show no patient interest just a number. You always got to chase up on tests results. |

On 2 occasions i have had to leave the surgery without seeing gp due to excessively long waiting time.
First occasion i waited i hour 20 minutes had to leave to do school run. Appointment was rescheduled for 8 weeks time plus and i have still not seen gp for original appointment as waited 2hrs with no sign of being seen soon so again i had to leave to do school run.
I have now had to leave twice stressed and harrassed and in panick getting to school run on time i have never come across this excessive waiting time before and each patient seems to be in gp room over 30 mins plus will not be returning seems more damaging to my health concerns they are testing and monitoring. Angry and disappointed is an understatement |

The doctor made me feel comfortable about discussing a personal problem I had. I also had to be examined and again they were very understanding. I was given some useful notes to help me understand what might be wrong with me and given an opportunity to ask any questions I might have. The medication I was given was explained to me. Overall I felt the doctor was very sympathetic and I felt confident in the treatment they recommended. |
