I been going here since I was born. It’s just got worse over last 10 years. I’m not keen on the new doctors, never get a appointment. Like this morning I rang a few minutes after 8:30 and it was fully booked, she said next available appointment is in like two weeks! I said I need a check up I was rushed to hospital a few days ago. I have to ring the next day! It’s disgusting. I’m thinking of moving doctors but I heard it’s just as bad! | |||||||

All the staff I've met in the practices are kind and considerate. Clean surgeries and very helpful doctors who do not immediately pull out a prescription to fix all issues. | |||||||

I’ve been coming to this practice for over 4 years and I’ve never had any problems getting through to the surgery or making an appointment for either myself or my child. Yes there are busy times and the staff do the best they can to manage but even then I’ve not had to wait more than 30/40mins past my appointment time to be seen (my previous gp would regularly keep people waiting more than an hour!). The staff are lovely and do what they can to put you at ease. I am yet to have a negative experience at this surgery. Highly recommend. | |||||||
