I have been with this surgery for over 10 years and have never experienced a problem with either the clinicians or administrators.
They are very flexible and I have always managed to get appointments within a few days, or when there has been a need for a speedy appointment they have managed to accommodate. I have had no cause to be concerned at the treatment received and have found that I am involved in decision making which is very positive. Shame that small surgeries such as this are not better supported by local CCGs - the doctors, locums and the team are doing a wonderful job. When people are so quick to be critical; I for one would like to offer my thanks. | |||||||

this is the worst surgery i have ever signed up with! if you want a doctor that refuses to listen and doesn't care, then this is the gp for you!!!! they make so many mistakes, it's ridiculous!
