The worst but only practice in Pembury so one has no option to leave this uncaring, unsafe, unresponsive and badly led practice. The senior male GP is rude and obstructive, never following through patient care. As a community it is thought of as a joke that puts patients lives at risk, especially the elderly who are not computer literate so unable to access the electronic appointment system. The CQC rating is from 2016 and totally irrelevant and out of date.

Impossible to get an actual appointment to see a GP. Led in circles around websites, Patient Access, NHS Account etc but never able to actually try to book the appointment. The system is broken. No wonder people simply go to the A&E department at the hospital down the road- this Surgery is a joke.

I joined this surgery in 2020 and have never managed to see a GP. The recption staff try their best as does one overworked paramedic who is the only professional I have ever seen who has knowledge and empathy. I dont know where the GPs are but it is terrifying when you feel very unwell to hit a brick wall and only get a eConsult invitation to apply on line for an appointment somewhere in the future? This is the worst GP practice I have ever encountered yet if you live in Pembury you have no option but join it. the practice manager should be ashamed. The partime 2 GPs who work from home on the telephone predominently should be professionaly ashamed. I have never been spoken to with caring empathy except by the paramedic who stands in for the GPs.
