I feel I have to defend this surgery as i often hear people moaning about it, but my personal experience is an entirely positive one. Registering was easy, the receptionists are all very kind over the three sites; I worked as a receptionist for a long time and it’s an extremely difficult job. Even the most patient of people would find it hard to take the constants abuse and moaning without it reflecting their mood. I managed to get an appointment within a week of registering - I was directed to the kings hill site which offers later appointments. Perfect for those like me who work late. The doctor was so kind and considerate, she did not make me feel rushed and she took my problems seriously. I left with all my medication having been transferred onto my new records and the doctor even made sure I had enough medication at home. She prescribed me a new medication and asked to see me a week later to check on me. I always receive reminders about my appointments and can book online. This surgery is so much better than the one I transferred from in London and I am very grateful. Thank you.
