I have to say that this is one of the best GP practices around in my opinion. Dr Schirrmacher is absolutely brilliant and when I was recently diagnosed with diabetes she ensured I had all the information I needed. Within a week I had four different appointments booked and I was booked onto a course so that I can learn more about my condition. Today I had an issue regarding my repeat medication and I phoned the practice as I was confused (doesnt take a lot!) The lady on reception I dealt with was absolutely lovely and advised me to contact the pharmacy as it looked like my prescriptions had gone there. I rang and it turned out the pharmacy had messed up. Every time I go in to the practice the reception staff are lovely and very welcoming. If I have one small negative its that reception is very open so patient conversations with staff are easily overheard which could be a potential date protection issue if personal details are discussed verbally.
