I have always had excellent service from the Herne and Broomfield Surgery. Over the last few years l have developed several health problems and have been referred to quickly to a specialist if the doctors can’t deal with them.The doctors are polite, professional and cheerful and l have nothing but admiration for the way they they have coped with 2020 which must have been so difficult for them I have found the receptionists friendly and sympathetic and will go out of their way to help. Thank you everyone.

over the last couple of years I have had a number of medical issues which have required referral to other specialisms. On all three occasions I have been referred quickly and began treatment within 3 weeks of referral. These included physiotherapy, speech therapy and counselling. I usually see one particular doctor for these ongoing conditions and have always had things fully explained and been treated as an intelligent person able to be included in the treatment plan. On the occasions that I have phoned for advise amount other things I have felt listened to and if a visit to the surgery has been necessary to diagnose I have got an appointment that day. I would highly recommend this practise

I called the surgery this week to discuss an issue regarding my Mother, I spoke to one particular receptionist and she was extremely helpful and understanding regarding my query. She went and sought further assistance and information and then promptly called me back. I just wanted to say 'thank you' for going above and beyond your duty to ensure you could put my mind at ease.
