Waited for a call back on the phone system, 2 hours later I rang again and held on as I was apparently no 3 in line. Got to no 1 in the queue only to be told by the automatic voice that my call couldn't be answered and to call again. So annoying when I have been asked to contact them for a follow up consult and not even face to face, will be over the phone. This is all because I was called on a Saturday and not even given chance to answer as rang off too soon. You can't be ill anymore, or just get back intouch easily. |

Ridiculous system of booking an appointment to see a doctor. Have to make sure you start ringing to get through to a receptionist who will then tell you a doctor will call you back. If the doctor things you should be seen face to face you will then get an appointment!!!!! My husband has had to call 111 for medical advice , spoken to a another doctor at the practice on another day . And still no better. Waited all day yesterday for a call from the doctor and I’m still waiting. Is it just the case now of culling the oldies!!!!!! |

Waiting for over a week now for my prescription which I handed through the dispensing window! I have left 2 messages for them to call me back as I have completely run out of my medication - which they still haven't called back so trying to call before they ridiculously close at 12 only to have them pick up the phone and put it back down. I tried calling 6 times through from reception when I told receptionist they picked up and put it down she got very shirty and raised her voice to say they were on the phone. By now its 12 oclock and no one bothers to help anymore. They are all so miserable in their job - unlike at St Werburgh surgery things get done asap with a smile |
