Left my mum without her Tablets for 3 weeks and gave no explanation, now after 3 weeks they've randomly accepted her prescription request for these tablets. These are vital tablets for her to maintain a comfortable life. Absolutely disgusting service. Refusing Cervical Cancer Screenings to those eligible and if you look at their percentage rating for their Cervical Cancer Screenings they are well below the acceptable threshold. This doctors surgery literally makes me feel like they will leave me and my family to die eventually if we needed to be seen urgently.

You can never get an appointment even when calling at 8am on the dot. The only GP there is rude, unhelpful and incompetent (Dr Misrah). They do not take anything seriously and even the Emergency GP from the local hospitals states how much of a bad surgery it is and that all patients from the hospital are people unable to get appointments at Northdown Surgery.

Refused my asthma medication, nearly killed me. Told me they sent referrals off to a respiratory clinic and ENT, they lied and never did. Asthma nurse ditched me and didn't follow up. Ambulance was called and they had to go over to speak to them to tell them they haven't given me the correct care and their response was we out rank the ambulance crew so we don't have to do what they say. Also gave me medication that I shouldn't be taking as they can make my condition worse and they only noticed this months later.
