Have been in agony for 4 years eith my shoulder .Now they tell me i have been wrongly diagnosed .Been sent for xray and its taken me 7 and half weeks of phoning tl even get results looked at ..Then been presctibed pain killers of which i have not had . There are o appointments snd im just being passed from pillar to post . Went into surgery during work to see at least 10 patients waiting and not being rude couldnt speak english waiting to see doctor .Being told again no appointments its disgracefull im at the end of my tether . I feelike im a num et not a person |

My mum left hospital saturday 29 Jan 2022 - following a 10 day stay. The hospital sent the discharge papers including new insulin, new medication, and medication to stop directly to The Limes Surgery ... I rang on behalf of my mum Weds 2 Feb 2022 to check the new prescription had been done as mum only had about 4 days left of the insulin given to her from the hospital ... The surgery said they have not done the new prescription, we have to write to request it !!!! They had all the new information on the discharge papers from the Doctor at the Hospital, correct thorough information clearly listed fro a medical professional ! I had to ring the chemist, the chemist was to email the surgery to request a copy of the discharge notes, then the chemist would email the surgery again to request the prescription. To cut out some of the time wasting i emailed the copy of the discharge notes to the chemist as mum needs the insulin urgently ! What a complete waste of time and resources. This process should be simple ... hospital discharge notes should have been enough for the Limes Surgery to produce new prescriptions. What happens if someone like my mum has no one to help her ? she /they could have been taking the incorrect medication/insulin (as they chemist were still delivering previous prescriptions) and ended back in hospital or even a worse scenario. Work smarter !!!!!!! |

Wife booked a phone consultation and waited all day, from the doctor on call but NO CALL. Ridiculous. 7 pm Off to fill a seat in A&E and wait as the Limes has failed us again. |
