My complaint is about trying to get through on the telephone, I need to talk to reception about another complaint but was on hold for over an hour and still didn't get through to speak to anyone, of I was a mystery shopper then that would be a very bad result. The original complaint was I took a prescription in that was handed direct to receptionist to be told it would be ready to collect at chemist on a certain day but it wasn't even there and my medication is very important. This isn't the first time I've experienced this either. |

This surgery used to be really good back in the day but it went to hell in a hand cart when the Dr retired. The younger doctors show contempt for the elderly and you are made to feel a waste of time. They say you are registered with one doctor but can see who you like, actually when you want to see a doctor you are told who you can see take it or leave it. I always had confidence in doctors but now I am afraid to go to the doctor it is an intimidating experience. With the new computer system getting a repeat prescription is a task in itself. Dreadful practice. |
