Not recommended I would change doctor but impossible to get a new doctor they like taking medication off me what the hospital put me on the doctor who texted me I have never seen or heard of him I will sort it out with the hospital at the end of July I was told if I need them go and buy them absolute rubbish I need penicillin because I have no spleen then can't get through on the phone they know I need them but I have to keep telling them absolute joke and the manager is very rude and unhelpful

Was in terrible pain on Saturday. Rang surgery directed to 111. They determined needed urgent medical help. Ambulance came but unable to take me to specialist hospital so said will send email to GP. Tried calling surgery on Monday but closed as bank holiday. Tried again Tuesday 9.00am. Queuing system in place given call back option when reach front of call. No call back received. Rang back much later in day left on hold ages then given message no space on holding system and cut off. Tried again Wednesday unable to get answer. Now Thursday still in chronic constant pain nothing heard from surgery. Total calls now made over 4 days, eleven. They are useless, uncaring practice. Looks like I need to find money to go private even if just to find out what’s wrong with me. Problem is nearly a week on still unable to move because of the pain. Deciding to stay anonymous to avoid victimisation by surgery.

Trying to get an appointment is impossible and the triage system from the e consult just doesn’t work!!! To be told it’s my opinion that it worked better with being able to see doctors face to face is insulting when it’s not an opinion but experience and what I have experienced in the past and to be told the doctors working from home are entitled to do their admin from home is also insulting when you wait all day for a call and then trying to get the prescription is another day of waiting If other doctor surgeries are offering face to face appointments then why are they not????
